Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Rosainne is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- We offer exchanges for items of the same value if the product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
- Please contact us within 30 days to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.
